Although I have had quite a few jobs that doesn't fully speak on who I am as a person. I am a man of integrity, honesty, responsibility, and reliability.
I am a quick learner and I'm not afraid to ask about what I don't know or understand.
My past jobs have only been jobs, I am searching for a career and I had let them know that. I love to work outdoors and in nature. I enjoy landscaping, reading, and building things. My mentors have taught me leadership mentality and I believe a leader/team is as strong as their weakest link therefore they should help one another grow mentally and professionally.
The man I had worked for had become like a father and his family became mine. He taught me to be early because that always ensures that you'll be on time. He taught me to always do your best when you work because a persons work can describe them alone. The sheriffs department had brought order into my life although I was there only a short time. They sharpened my communication skills and how to treat people. Working in retail taught me customer relations, and how to work in an environment that needed to be managed properly. I worked at a few rock yards around many Spanish speaking individuals and it taught me how to work in a diverse environment. I didn't know everything they were saying but I picked up basic conversation in spanish.
Ran register, Counted the deposit at the end of the night, and ran sales reports for the store and employees, also checked in vendors and stocked.
I am apart of a mentorship that is connected with the largest network marketing company in the world. It's LTD which stands for Leadership, Team, and Development. specifically designed to train leaders in society and future prosperous business owners. It includes all backgrounds from doctors, engineers, software development company owners to insurance brokers and retail management.
I love inspirational Books. Og Mandino is my favorite author, as well as darren Hardy. A Better Way To Live is my favorite book. I love to play anyone in chess I believe it helps sharpen a persons strategical thinking. I love to cook steak. I have a camper of my own that I am slowly remodeling and find it quite therapeutic while being creative and working with my hands.
