The Regional Sales and Education Executive is responsible for bridging retailer and Youth To The People field priorities as it relates to in-store events and training product collateral, previously known as gratis. From inception to execution, I own the planning, content, and creative design of each event environment, positioning all to achieve goals and intent that aligns with company culture. I am also responsible for managing the onboarding and day to day support of Market Sales Representatives (contracted freelance), overseeing the full lifecycle of those team members in collaboration with managing Executives.
