
The Regional Sales and Education Executive is responsible for bridging retailer and Youth To The People field priorities as it relates to in-store events and training product collateral, previously known as gratis. From inception to execution, I own the planning, content, and creative design of each event environment, positioning all to achieve goals and intent that aligns with company culture. I am also responsible for managing the onboarding and day to day support of Market Sales Representatives (contracted freelance), overseeing the full lifecycle of those team members in collaboration with managing Executives. The Regional Sales and Education Executive is a vital contributor to maintain brand relationships with stores, and with cross-functional partners. While in this role, I've become a strong leader, obtained analytical skills, great communication, and creativity.
