In 2013, I submitted a package of recipes to Square One Publishers in Garden City Park, NY. I went on to publish The Mason Jar Cookie Cookbook. 2 years later, I wrote another cookbook titled The Mason Jar Soup to Nuts book. A third book titled The Mason Jar Dessert Cookbook was written 2000.
