  • I was hired to take the warranty department and implement it into a service and warranty department in order to create a new revenue stream for the company. The average annual income for this department was less than $150,000. In the past two years I have grown the annual income to over $500,000. This was accomplished by implementing the following: creating a website, creating a Google business page, creating and implementing advertising campaigns through several web-based mediums as well as radio, securing a pleather of new business accounts that created a stable monthly revenue stream, attended networking events, created a new pricing structure to insure my P&L projected a net positive. I also built a LAN for our office using network switches in order to set up a VOIP phone system so that each desk could have a dedicated line.
  • Daily operations included coordinating with my service and scheduling teams to complete work orders in a friendly and professional manner, meeting with current and potential clients for department growth, completing quotes for clients by creating a material and labor cost along with implementing net profit percentages, projecting margins for meetings with the owners, reviewing tax spreadsheets for errors, reviewing our QuickBooks account for mistakes, completing vendor agreements and proposals, setting up vendor portals for my staff, reviewing sale reports to stay on pace for monthly quotas, replied to emails from our vendors, coordinated multi-day projects with staff and vendors to stay within given completion parameters, pulled construction permits, gave guidance to technician when they encountered complex problems, attend network meetings, schedule and host vendor events.
  • Monthly Duties include all accounts payables (reviewing account statements in order to print checks), running QuickBooks reports, review tax spreadsheet to create totals for tax payments, collecting outstanding account balances, producing a P&L report to submit to the owners, meeting with the owners to review monthly reports, schedule meetings for the upcoming month.
