Growing up I’ve always knew the meaning of hard work. Weather it’s from hard work in sports, school or the work force I always knew it’s important. I’ve grew up always helping my dad with his carpet cleaning business at a very young age excelling very well at work hard and efficient in extreme weather conditions from being hot to the very bad ice storms we had here recently in Texas. I’ve help work on equipment when needed to. I’ve also helped family members with work they needed done. Examples are helping with mechanical work with cars , help building decks and helping working on heater and air conditioning. So I’m always eager to help and no stranger to hard work. All those ethics transferred to working for H-E-B. Even though I work in the deli department I strive to do the best job possible. From starting to do 3:30 am shifts to closing shifts I’m always willing to learn more and new things so I can be a useful asset for the team.
