Major Duties and responsibilities are as follows:
Diagnosed, repaired, adjusted, installed and perform preventative maintenance on assigned systems. Planed and coordinated travel response to meet customer needs.
Utilized customer relations skills to develop / and improve customer rapport. Apply communications skills to keep dispatch, other technicians and management informed. Develop awareness of opportunities for sales activities, such as generating sales leads, charging parts and labor and offering service agreements.
Stayed abreast of current technology through continuous education, consistent with divisional training policies, to be qualified for training on future products. Successfully complete product training on more complex and or a wider variety of systems.
Utilize other resources available to handle complex problems( technical assistance center, product experts and on the job training with product experts.)
Perform administrative duties such as call clearing, email expense reports reading and filing technical bulletins, custody confirmation.
This job also required performing other duties as assigned.
