Driven individual with a background in volunteering and assisting special needs students. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, focused on making a positive impact in the community and fostering inclusive environments.
As HOSA President, my role is to lead our chapter, coordinate meetings, work with other programs and make sure everyone has an opportunity to let their voices be heard. It is also my responsibility to make sure everything stays in order.
Assisted the lead teacher in the daily planning and execution of the Max and Molly's Coffee Express. The purpose of this class was to provide a safe environment to help special needs kids learn life skills they would need in the future. They learned how to follow instructions while making drinks and communicate with people by delivering drinks to the teachers. As a teacher's assistant, I provided one-on-one support to the kids in making drinks, giving them directions to classrooms and prepared them for the days coming.
Volunteered with Box of Balloons to make children feel special and celebrated on their Birthdays by building and delivering birthday boxes to those less fortunate.
Volunteered with Repair Life AZ to collect donations, prepare meals and provide essentials for those in need.
