I am a highly motivated and dependable high school student with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a natural ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds. I have gained customer service experience through my remote work with Ghulam Trading, where I was responsible for assisting clients, managing inquiries, and helping resolve concerns efficiently and professionally. This role taught me how to stay organized, patient, and helpful even in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.

In addition to my work experience, I have actively volunteered at school and community events, where I developed skills in crowd management, giving directions, and ensuring that guests felt welcomed and informed. Whether I’m helping someone find their way or answering questions, I always strive to leave a positive impression and make every interaction pleasant and helpful.

I am fully available to work during the entire duration of the 2025 US Open, including days, early nights, weekends, and extended hours not past midnight. I am physically fit, 15 years old, turning 16 September 3rd. capable of standing for long periods, and prepared to handle the fast-paced environment of such a large and exciting event. I am eager to contribute to a team that values professionalism, guest service, and creating memorable experiences. Being part of the US Open would be an incredible opportunity to grow my skills, meet new people, and support one of the world’s most iconic sporting events.
