• Launched product canvas of 5 products from 0 to 1 to automate and augment underwriting process in CVS Caremark. Products include both user interface and backend such as data forecasting engine, P&L computation engine, Rebate Forecasting, Assumptions Manager, Data Hub.
• Developed strategic vision, OKRs and roadmap to underwrite $60B revenue for CVS Caremark in year 2025.
• Led $83M savings in year 2025, by avoiding financial leakage, service warrantees, and operational costs thru leveraging automation and Data Science/Gen-AI models.
• Launched new product Data Hub to provide more granular data with various insights, reduced production defects by 65%, and 99.9% system availability, which resulted in enhanced user experience and CSAT score from 3.2 in 2024 to 3.7 in 2025.
• Manages and provides strategic leadership. Expanded the team from 0 to 44 team members including product managers, data scientists, and QA, who are responsible for digital product development.
