Device Finance is one of the domains within T-Mobile which takes care of Loan and Lease financing on Device and Accessories. It has around 175 Springboot microservices which currently runs in two foundations on PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry). Since PCF being a licensed product business wants to reduce the cost hence the idea of moving to Kubernetes was proposed. As part of this migration we migrated in 4 phases all 175 applications, segregating it by functionalities.
Responsibilities:
- Built the roadmap and strategy to rollout the apps in phases
- Collaborating with the platform team on space allocation and provisioning
- Smooth traffic segregation between PCF and Kubernetes
- Interacting and planning with cross functional teams
- Keeping an eye on the cost & budget, making sure margins are intact
- Ensuring compliance on all security measures, and governance
- Presenting overall progress to business stakeholders on bi-weekly basis
- Managing end to end delivery of this migration
Project: Tibco to Springboot migration

This program was focused to move all the Tibco service to Springboot across all five domains of T-Mobile DSG group. There were around 246 Tibco apps which provides the backbone of middleware services across all flows of TMO and MyTMO, interacting with multiple channels, backends, ERPs, billing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Interacting with domain stakeholders, planning and strategizing the releases
- Having ono-o-one connect with Director's on weekly basis
- Connecting with VP bi-weekly and presenting holistic picture how the program is running
- Interacting with leads on regular basis to track the overall progress and making sure there are no hassles
- Keeping an eye on the cost & budget, making sure margins are intact
- Tracking and mitigating risks, and ensuring they are tracked and called out well in advance
- Presenting and tracking different metrices in the leadership meet

This project deals in eCommerce capabilities and handles the processing and validation of the upgrade and add a line order that are placed through various flows and channels into the system.
Responsibilities:
- Managing end to end delivery from offshore, taking initiatives to optimize and improve quality and turnaround time
- Participate in project budgeting and forecasting. Ensuring project margins are healthy and strive to improve over the period of time
- Ensuring and implementing best practices and making sure they are followed religiously
- Collaborating with cross functional teams and making sure there is a smooth delivery
- Bi-weekly status reporting, monthly meetings and QBR are done on time and action items are well tracked and closed
- Accountable and responsible for maintaining Account level metrics like margins, attrition, forecasting, PIP, utilization, Value portal contribution

T-Mobile.com is an Ecommerce website that offers Devices, Plans, Services, Sim cards to customer. My-T-Mobile is a self-service portal for the registered users who has the flexibility to Add-A-Line, Change Plans and Services, do Handset upgrade, make payments, check account history.
Responsibilities:
- Managing end to end delivery from offshore, keeping track of deadlines
- Participating in architecture design
- Ensuring industry best practices are followed and implemented
- Attending/driving review meeting of different deliverables developed during course of site development
- Mentoring multiple leads and delivery teams, taking care of team conflicts and smooth delivery
- Presenting different delivery metrices and making sure turnaround time is minimal
- Maintaining organizational goals and ensuring project margins are healthy

- Worked as a Team Lead and has played the key role of onsite coordinator, so as to gather information directly from the client and send it to the offshore team and help them from onsite to develop the application

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for design and development for Warehouse Management System Inbounds module which is further subdivided into two as Vendor Receiving and Customer Returns.
- Implementation of UOM handling and Point of Serialization for Items.
- Design & Development of the Drop Shipment module.
- Design and development of Replenishment module which takes into account the Item and Location mapping in Warehouse, and transfers the Item within the warehouse as per the requirement.
- Implemented business document printing using Crystal Reports.
- Development of a Simulation Tool to provide an actual environment for stress testing of the WMS flows as well as write and run test cases for all QCMS components.
