TACONAZO is a Taqueria founded by a hardworking Family who now are owners of several businesses around C.A.

It’s a very lively environment! We all work as a team and at fast pace’s communication is the key for great teamwork!

My main task here at TACONAZO are

• Greet customers warmly upon arrival, setting a welcoming tone for their dining experience
• Serve/Run Food
• Handling POS system's

• Here at IHOP my shift were graveyard's, I started out as a server and time after became a shift leader for a while. Customer Service is one of my priorities therefore we represent our LOGO and it is important for customers to arrive and leave with the expectations of great service and hospitality. I learned to work well under pressure and in a fast pace environments, I’ve gained a lot more experience with my problem solving and communication skills. My Daily task were
• Greeting customers
• Expo Beverages
• Server
• Busser
• Report Check out
• Completed cash and credit card transactions accurately using POS software.
• Trained new employees and delegated daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Enhanced customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service, addressing concerns immediately.
