In my time as a selector i became proficient in all four picking zones, as well as loading trucks. Often exceeding the standard expected of employees. I also was receiver qualified and looked at to maintain the shift through the replenishment of inventory. I frequently took extra shifts to assist when needed and maintained a excellent attendance rate.

As a supervisor my job organize and execute the labor planned for any given shift in order to ensure the work that was needed to be finished that day got completed. I would work with the schedule and assign selectors given zones each day, ensure selectors preformed at a level that was expected and administer disciplinary action when needed. I would also work with the transportation department to make sure the shifts had the appropriate equipment, as well as assisting with transportation personal/equipment issues when needed.

As the freight supervisor i was in charge of a team of associates tasked with unloading, distrupting, and stocking freight received on any given night. Trucks would come in and need to be sorted by departments in a timely manor. Then the associates and I would work on filling the shelves and organizing the overheads to keep the area clean and easy to find product when the shelves were emptied.

As an order selector i was responsible for picking online orders that came through throughout the day at a quick and effiecnt pace. Orders would come in and would need to be picked within an hour of the purchase to ensure that the product was ready for the customer to provide the best experience possible. I was also in charge of scheduling, picking, and loading the deliveries going out everyday and coordinating with other departments as well as the delivery service to make sure the product ordered arrived at the expected time.
