As a cinema support staff member, I am responsible for greeting and assisting patrons, taking tickets, guiding patrons to their theater, operating ticketing systems, ensuring cleanliness, adhering to safety regulations, and assisting with equipment set-up and breakdown for film screenings. I also checked the grounds for vandalism and damage, erased or painted over graffiti on the walls, picked up trash and other debris, disposed of them properly, and swept the sidewalks. Also, I performed minor carpentry work, cleaned air-conditioner filters, replaced light bulbs in buildings, and performed minor paint jobs. Drove a tractor, mower, and trucks to haul debris; maintained city vehicles, including checking oil, gas, and water levels. Assisted in performing minor plumbing repairs, such as installing the sprinkler systems; dug trenches; and made adjustments to the pipes and pipe fittings; assisted in repairing sinks, toilets, and faucets in buildings. Maintained recreational fields, marked foul lines, and home plate. Set up for services and events, provide customer service, and break down at the close of the event. Prepare and maintain accurate records regarding work performed.
