  • Financially, I have worked to control and hit budgets such as sales, labor, gross profit, contribution to overhead, and EBITDAR.
  • I am responsible and have experience with hiring, training, ordering, merchandising, accountability, team development, and budget achievement.

  • In this role, I was responsible for leading and coaching five managers and a team of 12 other employees.
  • During my time in this position, I furthered my abilities to coach, mentor, and train my team, as well as fix inventory issues, achieve budget goals, and address labor inefficiencies.
  • Although my time was short, I began to learn processes and standards in the deli, bakery and produce departments.
  • My Human Resources skills were also developed further in this position.
