Student Leader
I was a section leader in my high school's marching band, which included many different responsibilities and roles that I had to take on. I was responsible for around 25 students, and some of my jobs included teaching them in a student-lead environment, making sure their needs were met, ensuring their safety, enforcing rules, and mediating situations where students had disagreements with each other. I also organized events to promote bonding within the group and often worked together with other members of leadership to create solutions to issues that the band as a whole were facing.
