Adel Shahin is Green’s Senior Vice President and has 29 years of civil engineering experience. He serves as a project director for civil engineering services for projects with the Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT), Boston Water and Sewer Commission (BWSC), and the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (MWRA). Most of his career has been spent on water, sewer, and stormwater management projects. He has been Green’s Project Manager responsible for the stormwater and drainage design associated with MassDOT’s Route 128 Add-a-Lane project, Casey Arborway Project in Jamaica Plain, and the Route 146 Project in Worcester. He also led the design for the BWSC’s Bulfinch Triangle District Sewer Separation Project and the South Boston – North Dorchester/Lower Roxbury Sewer Separation Project, which involved sewer and drainage improvements in various sections of Boston
