1. Maintaining work stations on time.

2. Lifting and moving heavy objects: ice buckets, floor mats, stacks of glass cups.

3. Avoiding foot traffic with coworkers and customers while efficiently and quickly picking up trash and cleaning tables.

4. Constantly checking and making sure everything on the restaurant floor is in order.

5. Sometimes interacting with customers to fulfill their needs.

1. I work quick to get orders out in time and satisfactory.

2. I lead the kitchen with positions and breaks when there are no managers around to do so.

3. I know every position in the kitchen and can work 2 at a time.

4. I get along with all of my coworkers to understand them and their skills more and make the workplace fun and easier to work in.

5. I am always on time and ready if needed to be called in.
