  • While working at the Players Club there was a series of events that called for me to act fast and roll with the punches. Working under my manager I was able to learn and help with more back office tasks; however when my manager moved away. I quickly learned that I would need to learn on the spot. For a total of 4 months and some change, I've had to learn so much on the fly about managing the players club as well as adding so many helpful skills under my belt. While only having limited access and non management credentials. Everyday seemed to show a new challenge while also being rewarding, when things an smoothly.

  • Coming back to Pauma I was offered a d/r lead position. It has been a very challenging and rewarding job, I've been learning how to do more with office end work, such as emails and a bit of excel spreadsheet. My ability to take on challenges head on has only been polished in this new position. Being able to actually provide help with issues my previous position won't allow me to assist in has been an amazing opportunity. This position has hardened me the right amount to help stand my ground and handle any challenging situation or in some cases very challenging people. This year allows. overall i've become very confident in the responsibility and jobs i am responsible for.

  • During my time at the player's club, I have learned the challenge of customer service; how in those few years I grew very passionate in work on polishing my skills on guest service and promotion, constantly learning and making an effort in bettering my skills and traits. In those 3 years I learned what I was capable of doing and that there is always room to continue and further my guest service skills to the best of my ability. I enjoyed helping managers where I was able to and helping my fellow colleagues with any questions they might have had as well as asking my own questions for further clarification.
