I led a dedicated team responsible for producing documentaries.We meticulously handled all video and photographic content for the ministry of interior Affairs of Afghanistan,serving the needs of the leadership and police.

Led the ministry's communication efforts, overseeing the management and dissemination of news and social media content. Ensured all information shared was accurate and aligned with official policies. Coordinated with a network of team members located across the country to maintain effective communication channels between the ministry and the media. Developed and executed comprehensive communication strategies to enhance the Ministry's public image, manage press relations, and address media inquiries. Represented the Ministry in various media engagements, provided strategic counsel on media interactions, and facilitated the Ministry's proactive response to public and media issues.

My role on the morning TV show included discussing achievements in music, arts, literature, and various other fields, interviewing famous celebrities, and highlighting the contributions of prominent writers. Additionally, I covered critical social issues such as women's rights, freedom, democracy, and equality. I facilitated in-depth discussions, invited experts and activists, and aimed to educate and inspire viewers by bringing diverse perspectives to the forefront.

Led the evaluation processes, driving operational improvements and enhancing company performance through strategic analysis and recommendations.

I oversaw the archiving and coordination of critical political and social programs, ensuring the safekeeping of all data and information, maintaining accuracy, and fostering community engagement.
