• In December 2023, Seven Hills will increase its recruitment success and employee retention by optimizing its recruitment strategy (recruitment pipeline, job analysis, recruitment planning) and
  retention (employee training and development, employee engagement). We will create a detailed report, including quantitative and qualitative data, to quantify the effects of staff training and
  development and staff recruitment, provide insights, and determine achievability.
