• Implemented a Wait Time Challenge to improve wait time accuracy and consistency in the area. Accuracy scores jumped up 5-10% over the summer, as well as the time between postings dropping from 45 minutes to 20-25 minutes at each attraction.
• Introduced a cast spotlight newsletter that promoted cast morale where cast could express themselves to their peers and be recognized each week
• Spearheaded a mentor program between the Relief Coordinators and the Status Coordinators teams. This program runs for over 10 weeks and gives Reliefs the opportunity to learn and develop from the Status Coordinator.
• Assisted with the re-launch of 'Soarin' Over California.'
• Established an energetic and welcoming workplace that boosted the morale of the cast and created a positive environment for the guests.
• Boosted Soarin' Around the World’s efficiency numbers by 13% from February to April, regaining a consistent, high guest-carried number. GCT counts went from an 85% average to 98% during this period.
• Led and organized a Courtesy Class to instruct cast members on the importance of courtesy to the Disney brand. These classes offered best practices, the reasons why courtesy is crucial to the Disney brand, and how it affects the guest experience.
• Designed a Courtesy Bingo Initiative that enhanced guest experiences and boosted courtesy scores by 10%.
