Relationship Management:
- Support customer all interactions following completion of implementation via regular status meetings and quarterly business reviews
- Communicate and capture items on product roadmap and articulate technical requirements & key architecture considerations for development and implementation
- Manage SLAs, subscription margin targets and contract renewals
- Articulate technical topics to lay audiences, such as explaining what an API is
- Have a strong understanding of the payer & provider marketplace
- Create and maintain customer landing pages
- Drive internal documentation and communication with Engineering, Data and Product teams on customer implementation and success workstreams
- Act as a source of knowledge for both with the customer and internally on platform specifics
- Work closely with the implementation/customer success leader to project manage specific workstreams
- Partner with the PMO office to identify and develop best practices to reduce implementation time and enhance customer satisfaction
Tech/Product Development:
- Proactively analyze and identify areas for improvement in current processes and workflows
- Experience implementing cloud solutions & working with cloud service providers like AWS
- Strong knowledge of healthcare security standards, including HIPAA
- Experience with healthcare interoperability including HL7 FHIR & USCDI standards
- Experience working with healthcare claims and clinical data
- Provide support to the Data engineering team through data mapping, infrastructure management and researching potential engineering solutions
- Collaborate with the 1up sales and product teams to design solutions to be built on the customers’ 1upHealth platform
- Partner with the 1upHealth Product team to identify new features and requirements based on customer feedback
