I believe customer service is very important when it comes to any position. It is important to understand what the customers concerns and wants are, and make sure you understand these needs. When working in any position, making sure you deliver to your customers should always be number one. Understanding the situation is key. Working with Dicks Sporting Goods I worked myself up to a Customer Service Specialist. While working with Dicks Sporting Goods, I learned a lot about growing with not only myself but within a company. I learned the importance of working hard and working with my peers and managers to learn the most I can.
