Shaw entered the Hard Surface flooring business in 1997. I was responsible for Home Depot, Lowes's and Menard's as well as managing a sales team in the North East.
Responsibilities also included the Manufactured homes, Modular Home and Motor home group.
I moved into Promotional Goods leading the Hard Surface division. Managing a sales staff that sold all discontinued, second quality and excess inventory.
