Responsible for loans to customers, inventory management, maintain customer relations, fiscal management and daily operations of the pawn shop. Also responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory governing bodies including ATF and other local government entities.

Responsible for managing relationships and uniform rentals with several hundred customers. In this position I was responsible for inventory management, customer relations, contract negotiations and delivery of goods.

I started as a bag point operator and was promoted to Line Stores where I was responsible for shipping and receiving aircraft parts globally across the entire Delta network. I was IATA certified which allowed me to be able to ship dangerous goods. I was promoted to acting lead in the absence of primary lead.

Responsible for supervision of nine routes and routeman including inventory management, contract negotiations and customer relations. Was promoted from account manager to supervisor within two years.

• Inspected work sites and crew trucks for contraband, cleanliness, and safety while on outside detail.
• Conducted routine and emergency head counts.
• Searched cells of inmates to identify and confiscate contraband and other prohibited items.
• Built solid relationships with staff and residents to keep institution safe and secure.
• Responded to emergency situations and de-escalated hostile confrontations.
• Enforced rules and regulations to maintain order among inmates.
• Supervised inmates during meals, recreation and other activities.
• Prepared reports to document incidents and violations.
