As a landscaping estimator, I am cold-calling prospects to build a pipeline. Meeting with customers in person to discuss their outdoor living dreams. Building out their quotations and following through until the sale is finalized. I also oversee progress during the duration of the entire project.

As the owner and pitmaster, I not only collaborate with breweries and other small businesses to cater special events and manage opex to ensure profitability per booking, but also operate the pits and delegate other tasks to others.

As a general manager, I was responsible for the day-to-day operation of the shop. I hired and trained employees on the proper way to do each job, as well as handled any customer issues. I was also responsible for maintaining inventory and meeting our daily, monthly, and yearly quotas.

As an account manager supporting SLED/Public accounts, I made warm and cold calls to build a pipeline, built trusting relationships with customers by problem-solving, and made strategic and informed decisions to enhance their digital workforce transformation while also achieving my sales quota of approximately $8M annually.

As a pitmaster, I managed the pits to cook daily food expectancy based on annual and weekly historical trends; this also included the weekly inventory needed. I trained and managed other pit staff on prep work, the pits, as well as cutting blocks during service.
