3. Prepare and present financial forecasts, budgetary plans, and financial statements to stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and board members.
4. Supervise the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and payroll.
5. Conduct regular financial audits to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
6. Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure the most favorable terms and conditions.
7. Manage relationships with banks, lenders, and other financial institutions to secure funding and establish financial partnerships.
8. Train the sales people on all Finance processes.
9. Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes to provide strategic financial advice to executive management.
10. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, support, and
training as needed.
