Team leads responsibility’s

(Keeping a good clean environment while observing what the your team might need help on to better the customer experience and work environment. Having a calm and enjoyable experience for all who come in including the team. Giving the team objectives to complete if it’s slow or sending them on break. Letting the General manager what’s going on and we could do to fix any problems or mistakes.)

Cashier - counting money and taking it to the bank as well as keeping good customer service and tone. Handing the food to the right customer.

Prep - organize all product old at the front new at the back. Cut all the veggies as needed and make backups of sauce and meat containers ,and even dressing.

Cutter - cut and box the pizza and set it in the warmer and keep the station clean.

Pizza line - building pizza from scratch adding the sauce that has been ordered cheese ,veggies ,meats and even drizzles of sauce.

The job is to make the pizza and make sure the cutter doesn’t get it confused.

Dough - the dough person makes a batch every morning making a sheet of bread and sandwich bread .The dough person also stretches out all the pizza for pizza line to use there’s 4 different kinds of crust stuffed crust, double crust, calzone, and traditional .

Runner - A runner is more like a hostess job except customers pick there seats and the runner delivers and tends to the customer needs. The most important of being a runner is getting the food the customer with a good positive attitude.

Dishwasher - Follow all procedures to the videos and have a sink filled with water and dish detergent mix and a sanitizer mix. Wash by hand and run through the dishwashing machine
