                        Project:The effects of intracranial self-stimulation and deep brain stimulation in an animal model of Alzheimer's disease and its effects on attention/learning/memory and neurogenesis.
                      -As part of the team , I developed lab procedure and protocol training in collaboration with the lab manager and the PI. Also , I analyzed subject samples using multiple assay techniques including Western Blotting, Cryostat sectioning, tissue staining, gel electrophoresis via SDS-PAGE and agarose gels.
