Conduct client interviews and intake services

• Meet with clients to discuss participation in the training program.
• Assists with facilitating individual services such as Work Evaluation (WE), Work Readiness training (WPR), and helping support in the field, when needed
• Summarize data and conclusions into reports: Individual Service Plans, Progress Report and Discharge Summaries
• Assists with monitoring, managing, and reporting goals, accomplishments and outcomes for about 100 or more clients annually
• Advises potential clients on program selection to help meet their employment goals
• Assist with placement services by assisting individuals with job search purposes to obtain employment
• Documents clients' progress in services using Case Management Software such as Efforts to Outcome (ET) and Case Worthy
• Coaches and monitors clients in job training
• Assists with developing presentations and information for safety and process groups in order to teach at any functioning level
• Performs one-on-one facilitation of training materials and classroom instruction.
• Maintains a safe and clean work area at all time
• Conduct monthly safety audits by using a safety checklist to ensure the workplace is compliant with industry safety
• Conduct outreach in the community, when needed
• Conducts assessments and program orientation for approximately 250 new participants annually.
• Facilitate/teach certification classes and soft skills training classes through virtual services and face-to-face classroom setting
• Assist students with completing the enrollment process to participate in the Education and Training Program.

• Assisted with providing food to approximately 50 or more individuals in need.
• Demonstrated good customer services while handing out food.
