Create and maintain WISEWOMAN budgets for the CDC and internal management of WISEWOMAN funding.

Work with the section epidemiologists to identify and utilize existing data related to cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk factors, morbidity, and mortality to develop, monitor and evaluate the WISEWOMAN program.\
Coordinate with Indiana communities and community organizations to conduct environmental scans to identify and improve community resources.
Collaborate within the Division of Chronic Disease, Primary Care & Rural Health and other Indiana Department of Health program areas to identify potential programs, organizations, and healthcare systems to implement WISEWEOMAN.
Collaborate with partners to build and strengthen community-clinical linkages to ensure that women enrolled in the WISEWOMAN program have increased access to evidence-based lifestyle programs and services that promote self-management of health behaviors and/or chronic disease.
Provide education and training to WISEWOMAN providers, as well as internal and contracted staff on national clinical care guidelines related to CVD, motivational interviewing techniques, and behavior change theory.
