- Worked all three shifts, it was mostly morning shift, during which I carried out duties such as checking outs, phone reservations, including groups, resolving all complaints and issues with guests during check out, making sure all guest leave on time and, if not, extending their stay, getting payments, interacting with housekeeping crew, assigning rooms to clean, making sure all rooms are clean and ready by check in time, taking calls, regarding charges for previous stays with payment issues and discounts, taking care of all e-mails and forwarding some to GM if necessary, entering daily activity data into PMS software, entering all invoices from suppliers
- Also did some basic maintenance, checking CO monoxide for CO log book in all rooms and other minor issues

- During night shift I was responsible for night audit and preparing and putting out and starting breakfast
- Hotel had 54 rooms.
