• Take a more active role in the hiring and training of new Regional Directors.
• Serve on the Scholarship Committee, which consists of bi-annual reviews of hundreds of submissions.

• Assist with regular team-wide trainings of new products and company systems.

• Cultivated and strengthened lasting university relationships across Minnesota, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Wyoming, Colorado, and Arizona by meeting with education abroad staff as well faculty members who have interest in faculty-led programming.
• Make regular visits to my university partners to connect with students through tabling, classroom presentations, individual advising, and special events.

• Migrate old brochures on Terra Dotta to the updated model
• Change app cycles on Terra Dotta for the new academic year
• Assist with tabling and marketing efforts on campus.

• Managed filing system, entered data and completed other clerical tasks.

• Arrange for payments of contractors and vendors by liaising with accounting personnel
• Organized logistics and materials for each meeting and took detailed notes for later dissemination to key stakeholders.
