- Supervised daily operations to ensure a safe, work environment for our employees and stay compliant by following MSHA and State Regulations, throughout the Coal mine.
- Trained new employees on safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- I have a crew of 8-12 employees working directly under my supervision, on the day shift 0600 to 1800.
- My main priority is the safety of the employees and staying in compliance 1st.
- The everyday objective is to keep the conveyor belt running throughout the coal mine , so that coal is extracted outside. Our team directed under my supervision, has NOT had a lost time injury.
- The Belt department coordinates everyday , with the production aspects of the mine, to ensure smooth transitions between mining raw material and extracting it. I oversee the 8 to 10 miles of conveyor belt.

- Supervised daily yard operations, and Cooler operation ensuring timely delivery of dairy products to distribution points, and had to maintain a daily inventory of dairy products.
- Was responsible for all OTR schedules, and scheduling the correct amount of dairy products to be made , without over producing nor running out raw dairy products.
- My normal personal under my supervision was 15 to 20 employees, my direct supervisor was the plant manager, in which I was to report to every morning for delivery and inventory updates.
