I strive everyday to provide the absolute best customer service for our members here at Rogue. During my time as a teller and MSR I have established multiple relationships with members who I have come to personally know and enjoy helping them with whatever their needs may be, even if its not directly related to what we do at the credit union. I genuinely want to help our members feel safe and secure knowing their funds are here at Rogue and to ensure they have the utmost confidence in us as an institution.
I can apply my experience and proven excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to provide members with a high quality experience. As a part time teller I learned the basics of how things work at the credit union. Once I had learned how to efficiently use DNA and balance my cash drawer, I wanted to start establishing a high level of customer service at the south Ashland branch so people would be happy to make the south Ashland location their preferred branch to do banking with.
