  • 911 EMT: 911 EMT in a busy city providing medical care to those in need. Working as a 911 EMT has allowed me to improve my social and communication skills when out in the field. The job constantly requires me to work in a team with other first responders and a variety of hospital staff. An example of this is the frequent calls received from the local jail. These types of calls require interactions with the Fire Medics, police officers, and hospital staff when arriving at the destination. My contribution consists of patient assessments and care. I always appreciate these types of calls, as it allows me to improve multiple personal and career skills.
