Accomplishments

I helped PB02 become the number one builder team of 2020. I than went to become an Executive Loan Officer working loans front to back and within 4 months became the #1 ELO in Sept 2021. I was recruited for work for another lender doing all loan types ( FHA, USDA, REFI, IRRL, VA and Conventional Purchase ) without any training and excelled before coming back to NFCU. I have provided process improvements through continual feedback on Homesquad, Jetpack, Empower and most recently on for the WorkFlow Re-Image .I also have submitted 10 employee voices ideas with several in the works to be implemented. Within the last year I have become a mentor for 6 processors, been award 5 builder pairings, and been pivotal at making our team #1 for 2023.
