• Answer and forward all incoming phone calls and voice messages to the appropriate person.
• Support branch staff through data entry and filing of applications, E-verify processing (as directed),
background screening, and ensure smooth intake process.
• Administer testing to candidates via in-office tests and/or email. Followed by documentation for
staff personnel and communication of results.
• Maintain branch hiring, interview and applicant disposition reporting weekly.
• Participates in Verstela’s Quality Control Program as directed by manager and completes 1st
paycheck calls.
• Maintain office supply inventory and order as needed, following order process and procedures.
• Ensure branch opening and closing procedures are completed effectively and timely and that
lobby, conference & interview room appearance is kept clean, professional and stocked.
• Contact HR to report maintenance or janitorial problems.
• Ensure all office machines are operational and regularly maintained.
• Perform weekly audit of all new assignments. Review Client Checklist and for assigned job and
ensure employee meets client’s hiring standards. Notify staff of any discrepancies.
• Perform weekly audit based off bad end report. Partner with Branch Manager and Account
Manager to ensure Client profile in connect has the following attached; Client checklist, ad written
(may or may not be posted), POEJO, recruiting plan.
