Moment of Truth (Glenwood Care Center)
I had recieved an award from work called the Moment of Truth. This award recognizes staff member who go above and beyond for their patients. I had purchased a pair of shoes for my patient who didn't own a pair of shoes upon admission. He was a sweet man and I wanted to buy him a pair so he would be more comfortable and feel happier about his appearance. A supervisor seen me bring him the shoes, notified the higher ups and they presented me with the award.
