  • Validations Team Member, Co-lead; delegate pages to team members and ensure they complete their designated pages within the month, assist in creating the Validations Team SOPs

  • Operate a multi-channel public safety radio system; coordinate mutual aid requests.
  • Communicate with hearing/speech impaired citizens by operating TTY/TDD equipment; receive and process Text to 9-1-1 calls
  • Provide pre-arrival medical instructions on medical emergency calls
  • Operate NCIC/TCIC computer system; enter data; retrieve pertinent information; relay information to emergency personnel; verify reports and data entered during shift; verify entries from previous operators
