My role as a health insurance navigator is to help individuals and families understand, apply for , and enroll in health insurance coverage, particularly through government programs like the Affordable care act (ACA) Marketplace, Medicaid, or CHIP. I provide assistance to consumers seeking health insurance coverage and educate clients about their health coverage options. I help guide them through the application and enrollment process, and help resolve issues related to eligibility, benefits, or access to care.
