Provide housing navigation services for clients and staff while expanding sustainable housing opportunities throughout San Antonio through landlord relationships. • Calculate complex mathematical equations to determine financial eligibility for clients.
• Interview skills both in a face to face setting and call center environment to obtain information necessary to complete cases in a timely manner.
• Ensure timely changes to client's cases which may include: redetermination, restored, and adjustments to benefits.
