I was given training for 1 month as an asm service before being placed at another store as their asm support.
In my months at that location, I learned a lot about Lowe's cultures, systems, development plans and customer service initiatives.
I was then moved to another store where I trained as their asm sales.
During this time frame I helped grow the pro business in that location as well as helped in closing the gap in margin and profitability.
After about 5 months in that building I was moved to another store in the valley and stayed in the asm sales role.
I was in this location last and was able to be part of the team picking up their comp sales and pro sales at the end of the 2018 fiscal year.
I believe I have had many positive impacts in all of the buildings I was in as far as boosting morale, setting expectations and re establishing communication between associates and management.

I worked in several locations starting out in Primm NV, then working in and overseeing 4 different Las Vegas locations including; Silverado and Eastern, Fashion show mall, Town square mall and Boulevard mall, several of which I oversaw at the same time giving me some multi unit area management experience.
I ended my career while overseeing one of our highest grossing local locations at Silverado Ranch while also overseeing the store at the Boulevard mall and town square.
I received an award for being in the top 30 highest performing stores in the company and received the honour of getting to attend the FLC (Field Leadership Conference) with the most influential leaders in the brand.
I was also in the brands ET (Emerging talent) program.
I was successful in growing conversion double digits above last year's numbers in my stores and have been known for providing exceptional customer service to help drive loyalty.
My duties included; hiring top talent, scheduling top talent during peak times, merchandising, coaching and developing associates, sales leaders, co-managers and fellow peer store managers.
I was also responsible for making sales plan, conversion plan and driving an amazing customer experience to gain repeat customers.
