I carefully reviewed all items marked 'damaged' by pickers and other associates, employing strong problem-solving skills to process them for various donation builds, including food banks, fire stations, and children's programs. Additionally, I sorted out items that posed hazards and promptly reported them. I continued to create pallets for shipment, ensuring an efficient workflow while maintaining safety and quality standards.
