As a Retail Banker, I delivered financial services to individual and small business clients. I managed customer accounts, processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, and providing personalized assistance to address financial needs. I began my banking journey as a teller and have since worked my way up to Universal Banker. Would shadow and assist in Bookkeeping while also maintaining a clean and orderly space around the workplace. When I was not busy, I would take track of inventory and order supplies as needed to make sure all of our items were replenished.
