I take phone calls managing reservations, guests inquiries about the restaurant , togo orders over the phone. It’s my job to make sure the restaurant floor is going smoothly at a good pace for the customers and employees as well as being the support of the front of the house for example keeping the front clean and welcoming. Being organized making sure the menus, waiting area are up to part. It is also my job to communicate with my staff to make sure there is clear communication on their tables and needs and making sure there is proper connection for a smooth service.
