Managed a sales force and equity research for a middle market equity capital markets business. Responsibilities included hiring sales and research professionals and developing strategies for research distribution.

Worked with the CEO to develop and implement distribution of credit based products suitable for middle market financial institutions; developed key strategic relationships with leading financial institutions that could provide additional products for the FTN salesforce.
