I work directly under the two owners of the company- I handle all of their scheduling, any and all office related tasks, hiring and training employees, and events. More importantly, I handle every customer- I am the first voice they speak to, throughout their experience and beyond, I answer their questions, resolve their issues, schedule them, follow up with them, and I am on-call 24/7, I answer my phone no matter what I'm doing, where I am or how I feel.
