I work directly under the two owners of the company- I handle all of their scheduling, any and all office related tasks, hiring and training employees, and events. More importantly, I handle every customer- I am the first voice they speak to, throughout their experience and beyond, I answer their questions, resolve their issues, schedule them, follow up with them, and I am on-call 24/7, I answer my phone no matter what I'm doing, where I am or how I feel. I discovered early-on that something about my voice puts people at ease, I am naturally friendly and I never lose my temper. They used to have 3 employees who did all the jobs I do- I made manager within a year and I've been here for 13 years. I am extremely hard-working, dedicated, reliable, and no matter what, always kind. The skills I have that make me a good candidate for this job are: I have a special way with people that are difficult, I'm organized and extremely efficient and hard working, I pick new things up easily, and I have every office-related skill you can imagine.
