Provide friendly, responsive customer service to all audiences—students, parents, faculty, staff, and employers—via email, phone, and in person, while also assisting with appointment intake and scheduling to ensure a smooth experience.
Manage the first-floor check-in desk for all first-floor offices, creating a welcoming atmosphere and helping visitors connect with the right resources.
Support CAP Center programming and events, including Career Fairs, by assisting with planning, coordination, and on-site support to ensure successful and engaging experiences.
Oversee Handshake postings by reviewing and filtering job and employer listings for accuracy and alignment with CAP Center standards.
Assist in gathering and analyzing data to support accurate office records and guide future improvements.
