Conduct interviews of children and adults, complete investigations within the allotted time, determine if there is abuse or neglect occurring, follow up with doctors, law enforcement, prosecutors and other professionals. Complete referrals for assistance for families, hold meetings with families to discuss the outcomes of the investigation, communicate directly with supervision in regards to investigations.

I successfully advocated fro inmates and would refer them to get the proper care needed within the correction facility. I would handle inmate crisis situations, inmate housing adjustments and provide supportive services.

I would handle home visits; provide life skill activities and monitor juvenile delinquents throughout the shift.
